💡 The integration requires an API key and Hotel Code for authentication, so you should first get your API key from the eZee team. According to eZee, the billing team issues the API key after the commercial process is completed between the client, the sales team, and the billing team. You should reach out to your eZee Onboarding Account Manager to obtain it.
1. Obtain RMMS Onboarding link by contacting your DIAMO Revenue Manager. Once you receive the link, create your account and log in to DIAMO
2. Fill in the required details, select eZee as your PMS and click Continue.
3. Click on ‘Continue’
4. Enter Hotel Code and API key. Click on ‘Continue’
5. After a short time, you will see a message confirming that your PMS has been successfully connected. Wait until you see the message ‘Successfully Gathered data’, then click on ‘Continue’.
6. A room type can have multiple rate plans. Since DIAMO only prices a single rate plan, we recommend you to specify the rate plan name you want DIAMO to manage rates for. We also recommend having a single rate plan (ideally a BAR rate plan) attached to all room types. Please share the rate plan name with your revenue manager and let them know you have completed the app connection process.
7. To know your rate plan name:
a. Navigate to Configuration—> Rate Plans
b. Look for the name of the rate plan you want DIAMO to push prices for. Make sure this rate plan is associated with all Room Types.
💡 If a single Rate plan is not associated with all Room Types, we recommend creating a new Rate plan using the ‘+’ option and associating it with all Room Types.
8. Once everything is set up and the property goes ‘Live’ in DIAMO, you can review prices for the rate plan you provided during onboarding in the eZee ‘Rates & Availability’ → ‘Rate Wizard’ section.
- Go to Rate Wizard>> Rates and Inventory

- Verify prices for each date and for the rate plan provided during onboarding.
