Clock - Grant PMS Access

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to Clock PMS+
    Go to clock-software.com (or your property's Clock PMS+ URL) and sign in with an account that has administrator privileges.
  2. Navigate to User Management
    Go to SettingsUsers.
  3. Add a New User
    On the Users page, click the + button to create a new user.
  4. Enter User Details
    • Username: DIAMO
    • Password / Confirm password: Set a temporary password and share it securely with your DIAMO Revenue Manager
    • Full Name: Diamo Distribution
    • Email: [email protected] (E.g. [email protected])
    • Password Policy: Select the applicable policy for your subscription
  5. Set Role to Administrator
    In the User group field, select your Administrator group (or the group with full access rights). Then go to the Account access & Rights page and grant access to all relevant accounts.
  6. Send the Invitation
    Click Save. There is no automatic email invitation — please share the username and temporary password securely with your Diamo Revenue Manager so they can log in and complete setup.


ONCE COMPLETE

Please reply to your DIAMO Revenue Manager to confirm the user has been created and share the login credentials securely.
