Step 1: Prepare Your Beds24 Account

1. Log into your Beds24 account and navigate to Apps & Integrations >> API >> Generate Invite code
   
   
   

2. Click ‘select all’ in read section and check the box for ‘Inventory’ in Write section, select ‘All owned or Linked to account’ and click on ‘Generate Invite code’. Name it as DIAMO.

Warning: Do not delete or modify this code as doing so will disrupt the connection.

3. Navigate to Settings—> Properties. You will see all the properties with their Property ID. Note down the id of the property you want to connect with DIAMO.

4. Copy the invite code generated in step 1 and property ID from step 3.

Step 2: Connecting Beds24 to DIAMO

1. Obtain RMMS Onboarding link by contacting your DIAMO Revenue Manager. Once you receive the link, create your account and log in to DIAMO.
2. After login in, navigate to Account Settings >> Connect PMS tab. Search for 'Beds24'
3. Paste the 'Property ID' and 'Invite Code' copied above and click on 'Connect to Beds24'
   
   
4. Once connected, your Beds24 rooms will appear in your DIAMO dashboard
