Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Log in to ResNexus
   Go to www.resnexus.com and sign in with an account that has administrator privileges.
2. Navigate to User Management
   Click Settings (top navigation) → Users & Security → Users.
3. Add a New User
   On the Users page, click the Add User (or + New User) button in the top right.
4. Enter User Details
5. • Email: [email protected] (E.g. [email protected])
   • First Name: DIAMO | Last Name: Distribution
   • Password: Diamo2026!
6. Set Role to Revenue Manager
   In the Security Group (or Role) dropdown, select Revenue Manager. Assign access to all relevant properties and leave all permission groups enabled.
7. Send the Invitation
   Click Save. The DIAMO team will complete setup from their side.

ONCE COMPLETE
Please reply to your DIAMO Revenue Manager to confirm the invitation was sent.
