1. Obtain RMMS Onboarding link by contacting your DIAMO Revenue Manager. Once you receive the link, create your account and log in to DIAMO.

2. Fill in the required details, select RezStream as your PMS and click Continue.

3. Click the provided link and log in to your RezStream account if you are not already logged in.

4. Once you are logged in to RezStream, you will be asked to authorize ‘DIAMO’ to access your data. Click ‘Accept’.

5. Once accepted, you will be automatically redirected back to the DIAMO screen where you left off. Click ‘Continue’.

6. After some time, you will see a message confirming that your PMS has been successfully connected.

7. A room type can have multiple rates. Since DIAMO prices only one rate, it is mandatory to specify the rate name you want DIAMO to manage prices for. We recommend using a single rate (ideally a BAR rate) across all room types. Please share the rate name with your revenue manager and let them know you have completed the app connection process.

8. To know your rate name:
a. Navigate to Configuration—> Rate Plans (Unit Types).



b. Select the Rate Plan name, i.e, the room type



c. Look for the name of the rate you want DIAMO to push prices for. Make sure this rate is associated with all Room Types (Rate plans).

9. Once everything is set up and the property goes ‘Live’ in DIAMO, you can review the prices for the rate name you provided during onboarding in the RezStream ‘Occupancy Map’ section [click on $ sign and select ‘Show All Rates’], as shown below:
