Step 1: Complete the Onboarding Flow

1. Obtain RMMS Onboarding link by contacting your DIAMO Revenue Manager. Once you receive the link, create your account and log in to DIAMO.
2. After login in, navigate to Account Settings >> Connect PMS tab. Search for 'RezSteam'
   
   
3. Click on ‘Connect to RezStream’. You will be taken to RezStream login if not logged in already.
4. Once you are logged in to RezStream, you will be asked to authorize ‘DIAMO’ to access your data. Click ‘Accept’.
   
   
5. Once accepted, you will be automatically redirected back to the DIAMO screen and your RezStream room types will appear in your DIAMO dashboard

Step 2: Rate configuration

Once your Rezsteam account has been successfully connected, remain on the Connect PMS tab to configure the Rate that DIAMO will manage. Under Rate Configuration, select the desired option: either “Same Rate for all Room Types” or “Different Rate by Room Type"

If “Same rate for all Room Types” is selected, choose the rate name from the dropdown and click “Save Configuration.” This will enable DIAMO to push prices for this rate across all room types.

If “Different Rate by Room Type” is selected, you will be presented with a list of all room types, each with a rate name dropdown. Select the appropriate rate name for each room type and click “Save Configuration.”

You can update the rate configuration at any time by selecting the “Change Configuration” option.

Step 3: Additional/Multiple Rate Plan Configuration

Once you're connected, RezStream properties can push a second rate/Nth to RezStream alongside your main DIAMO rate — automatically calculated from it with a markup or discount that can vary by season (for example, a +15% OTA rate in summer and +40% in winter).

You'll set this up in Connect PMS → Rate Configuration, right below your main rate configuration. A few things to know:

• It's available when your rate configuration is "Same Rate for All Room Types."
• The rate you push to must already exist in RezStream — DIAMO lists your existing rates for you to pick; it doesn't create new ones.
• Adjustments can be a percentage or fixed amount, positive (markup) or negative (discount), and set per season.

Step 4: Managing Minimum Stay from DIAMO

You can manage minimum stay for your Rezstream property directly in DIAMO — set it once and DIAMO keeps it synced to Rezstream along with your prices.

Turn it on

Go to Preferences → Restrictions and turn on Minimum Stay. Set your property default (by Weekday/Weekend or by Day of Week) — a complete default is required before you can save. You can then layer minimums by Season, Event, and per-date Calendar Override; DIAMO combines them into one effective minimum per date (Override › Event › Season › Default).

How it syncs to Rezstream

• Minimum stay is sent together with your prices on DIAMO's regular sync — no separate step and no extra wait. Changes reach Rezstream at the same cadence as your pricing.
• It applies to all room types and rate plans DIAMO manages — the same minimum across them; there are no per-room-type minimums.
• DIAMO is the source of truth for minimum stay once it's on.
  

If you turn Minimum Stay off

• DIAMO stops managing minimum stay but does not clear what it last sent — those values stay in Rezstream.
• To effectively remove a minimum, set it to 1 night and save before turning the feature off.
