Step 1: Complete the Onboarding Flow

1. Obtain RMMS Onboarding link by contacting your DIAMO Revenue Manager. Once you receive the link, create your account and log in to DIAMO.
2. After login in, navigate to Account Settings >> Connect PMS tab. Search for 'RezSteam'
   
   
3. Click on ‘Connect to RezStream’. You will be taken to RezStream login if not logged in already.
4. Once you are logged in to RezStream, you will be asked to authorize ‘DIAMO’ to access your data. Click ‘Accept’.
   
   
5. Once accepted, you will be automatically redirected back to the DIAMO screen and your RezStream room types will appear in your DIAMO dashboard

Step 2: Rate configuration

Once your Rezsteam account has been successfully connected, remain on the Connect PMS tab to configure the Rate that DIAMO will manage. Under Rate Configuration, select the desired option: either “Same Rate for all Room Types” or “Different Rate by Room Type"

1. If “Same rate for all Room Types” is selected, choose the rate name from the dropdown and click “Save Configuration.” This will enable DIAMO to push prices for this rate across all room types.
   
   
2. If “Different Rate by Room Type” is selected, you will be presented with a list of all room types, each with a rate name dropdown. Select the appropriate rate name for each room type and click “Save Configuration.”
   
   
3. You can update the rate configuration at any time by selecting the “Change Configuration” option.
