Generate Credentials in Booking Factory

• Log in to your BookingFactory account and navigate to Settings >> Connectivity settings.
  
  
• Navigate to ‘API key’ and copy it. If you don’t see an API key, click ‘Generate API key’.
  
  
• Navigate to the ‘Developer Keys’ section, enable all read permissions, and under write permissions enable only inventory.write, then click Save.
  
  
• Click Show to reveal your Public Key and Secret Key, then copy both.

Onboarding in DIAMO

1. Obtain RMMS Onboarding link by contacting your DIAMO Revenue Manager. Once you receive the link, create your account and log in to DIAMO
2. You’ll see a welcome page from ANDI. Click ‘Go to Setup’, and you’ll be directed to Settings > ‘Connect PMS’ tab.
   
3. In the Settings > ‘Connect PMS’ tab, select ‘Booking Factory’ from the dropdown list.
   
   
4. You will be given instructions to obtain the credentials. Paste your API key, Public Key, and Secret Key, then click ‘Connect to Booking Factory’.
   
   
5. After a short time, you’ll see a confirmation that your PMS has been successfully connected. Wait until you see ‘Successfully Gathered data’, then click ‘Continue’.
6. A room type can have multiple rate plan. Since DIAMO only prices a single rate, we recommend that you to specify the rate plan you want DIAMO to manage rates for. We also recommend having a single rate plan attached to all room types. To know rate plan name:
7. 1. Login to BookingFactory, Navigate to Settings → Inventory → Rate Plans
      
      
   2. Select a non-derived rate plan which is associated with all RoomTypes. If there’s no such rate plan, we recommend creating a new Rate plan using the ‘Add new Rate Plan’ option and associating it with all Room Types.. Once done, Please share the name of rate plan with DIAMO.
8. Once everything is set up and the property goes ‘Live’ in DIAMO, you can review prices for the rate plan you provided during onboarding in the Booking factory ‘Inventory’ section. Go to Inventory>> click on ‘Rates (All). Verify prices for each date and for the rate plan you provided during onboarding.
