Standard integration with hourly price pushes for all rooms 365 days into the future.

Step 1: Prepare Your Mews Account

1. Log in to your Mews account.
2. Navigate to Marketplace → Revenue management
   
   
3. Locate DIAMO and click Explore → Connect Integration
   
   
4. Navigate to My Subscriptions → DIAMO → Edit
   
   
   
5. Click the Key icon and copy the Mews Access Token.
   
   

Step 2: Connecting Mews to DIAMO

1. Obtain RMMS Onboarding link by contacting your DIAMO Revenue Manager. Once you receive the link, create your account and log in to DIAMO.
2. After login in, navigate to Account Settings >> Connect PMS tab. Search for 'Mews'
   
   
   
3. Paste the 'Access token' copied above and click on 'Connect to Mews'
   
   
4. Once connected, your Mews space categories will appear in your DIAMO dashboard

Step 3: Configure your Default Rate Plan (Service & Rate)

Once your Mews account has been successfully connected, remain on the Connect PMS tab to configure the Service and Rate Plan that DIAMO will manage.

Configure the Initial Service & Rate:

1. Under Rate Plan Configuration, select the desired Service from the dropdown.
2. Once a Service has been selected, choose the corresponding Rate Plan from the Rate dropdown.
3. Click Save Configuration to complete the setup.
   
   
   
   DIAMO will use the selected Service and Rate Plan when pushing pricing updates to Mews.
   
   Updating Your Service & Rate Configuration:
   

If you need to change the configured Service or Rate Plan at a later date:

1. Click Change Configuration
   
   
2. A confirmation prompt will appear. Click Continue to proceed.
   
   
   
3. Select the new Service and Rate Plan from the dropdowns and Click Save Configuration to apply the changes.
