Google Analytics Access Guide
What you'll do
Grant Administrator access to [email protected] on your GA4 property. This takes about 2 minutes.
Step-by-step
1. Sign in to Google Analytics
- Go to analytics.google.com and sign in with the Google account that has admin access to your property.
- If you don't have admin access, forward this guide to whoever manages your Google Analytics account (often your web agency or marketing lead).
2. Open Admin settings
- Click the ā Admin gear icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
3. Select the correct property
- At the top of the Admin page, use the Account and Property dropdowns to make sure you have the correct property selected (the one tracking your hotel website).
4. Open Property access management
- Under the Property column, click Property access management.
5. Add a new user
- Click the blue + button in the top-right corner, then select Add users.
6. Enter DIAMO's email
- Email address:
[email protected] - Leave Notify new users by email checked (optional).
7. Assign the Administrator role
- Under Direct roles and data restrictions, select Administrator.
- ā ļø Please grant Administrator, not Editor or Viewer. DIAMO needs admin rights to configure conversion events, link Google Ads, and set up measurement for accurate reporting.
8. Click Add
Click the blue Add button in the top-right corner to save.
Confirm it worked
You should now see [email protected] listed under Property access management with the Administrator role. Reply to your DIAMO Revenue Manager to let them know access has been granted.
