The integration requires an API key for authentication, so the user should first generate this in their Lodgify Account.
⚠️ Important Note - Once External Rates is enabled in Lodgify, rates and minimum-stay restrictions can no longer be edited directly in Lodgify — DIAMO manages both. Any minimum-stay values already set in Lodgify stay in place until DIAMO sends its own.
With Restrictions Management now available for Lodgify, you set and manage minimum stay directly in DIAMO (Preferences→Restrictions), and it syncs to Lodgify alongside your prices.
See Managing minimum stay from DIAMO section below.
Step 1: Prepare your Lodgify account and get API key
- Login to Lodgify, navigate to Settings > Public API
- Copy API Key. These will be used while onboarding in DIAMO.

- Get your Property ID from this page.

- Go to your left-hand menu and select Settings. Then go to External rates and switch on external rates for your rental.

Step 2: Connecting Lodgify to DIAMO
- Obtain RMMS Onboarding link by contacting your DIAMO Revenue Manager. Once you receive the link, create your account and log in to DIAMO.
- After login in, navigate to Account Settings >> Connect PMS tab. Search for 'Lodgify'
- Paste the API key copied above and click on 'Load Listings'

- Select exact rooms belonging to the property from the dropdown. You can confirm by looking at the address. This would allow DIAMO to generate accurate dynamic prices. Once selected, Click on 'Connect to Lodgify'

- Once connected, selected Lodgify rooms will appear in your DIAMO dashboard
Step 2: Managing minimum stay from DIAMO
Once connected, minimum stay for your Lodgify property is controlled entirely in DIAMO. Turn it on:
Go to Preferences → Restrictions and turn on Minimum Stay. Set your property-default minimum (by Weekday/Weekend or by Day of Week) — a complete default is required before you can save. You can then layer minimums by Season, Event, and per-date Calendar Override; DIAMO combines them into one effective minimum per date (Override › Event › Season › Default). More details in this article.
How it syncs to Lodgify
- Minimum stay is sent together with your prices on DIAMO's regular push, so there's no separate step.
- DIAMO manages minimum stay for the next 365 days. If your Lodgify booking window extends beyond that, dates past day 365 use your property-default minimum.
- Adding or removing a calendar override syncs instantly — both the price and the minimum stay update right away.
- Changes to your default, seasons, or events appear on the calendar and reach Lodgify at the next price refresh (up to ~1 hour).
If you turn Minimum Stay off
- DIAMO goes back to passing through Lodgify's own minimum-stay values as they are.
- Turning it off does not clear the values DIAMO last sent — they stay in Lodgify. To effectively remove a minimum, set it to 1 night and save before turning the feature off.
Good to know
- You set minimum stay on the check-in day — e.g. a 3-night minimum on a Friday means the value applies to guests arriving that Friday.
- How Lodgify applies it ("minimum stay through"). Lodgify enforces minimum stay as minimum-stay-through: for any stay, the highest minimum among all the nights the booking covers applies — not only the check-in night. Example: if a guest selects 1–3 Feb and any night in that range carries a 5-night minimum, Lodgify requires at least 5 nights for that booking.
- The same minimum applies to all room types on the property (no per-room-type minimums).
