Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Log in to Cloudbeds Go to Cloudbeds and sign in with an account that has administrator privileges.
2. Navigate to User Management Click your profile icon (top right) → Settings → Users.
3. Add a New User On the Users tab, click the + Add User button in the top right of the user list.
4. Enter User Details
5. • Email: [email protected]
   • First Name: DIAMO | Last Name: Distribution
6. Set Role to Administrator In the Role dropdown, select Administrator.
7. • Assign access to all relevant properties and leave all permission groups enabled.
8. Send the Invitation Click Save. Cloudbeds will email an activation link to [email protected].

ONCE COMPLETE

Please reply to your DIAMO Revenue Manager to confirm the invitation was sent.
