Before You Start

• The integration requires an Client ID and Client Secret for authentication, so you should first get these from eviivo team.
• After you have received the above credentials from eviivo, you are ready to connect your property with DIAMO.

Step 1: Connect eviivo to DIAMO

1. Obtain RMMS Onboarding link by contacting your DIAMO Revenue Manager. Once you receive the link, create your account and log in to DIAMO
2. After login in, navigate to Account Settings >> Connect PMS tab. Search for 'eviivo'
3. Paste Client ID and Client Secret and click on 'Load Properties'
   
   
   
4. Select the property you want to connect with DIAMO and click on 'Connect to eviivo'
   
   
5. Once connected, your eviivo room types will appear in your DIAMO dashboard.

Step 2: Rate plan configuration

Once your eviivo account has been successfully connected, remain on the Connect PMS tab to configure the Rate Plan that DIAMO will manage. Under Rate Plan Configuration, select the desired option: either “Same Rate Plan for all Room Types” or “Different Rate Plan by Room Type"

1. If “Same Rate Plan for all Room Types” is selected, choose the rate Plan name from the dropdown and click “Save Configuration.” This will enable DIAMO to push prices for this rate plan across all room types.
   
   
2. If “Different Rate Plan by Room Type” is selected, you will be presented with a list of all room types, each with a rate plan name dropdown. Select the appropriate rate plan name for each room type and click “Save Configuration.”
   
   
3. You can update the rate plan configuration at any time by selecting the “Change Configuration” option.
