What you'll do
Invite [email protected] with Account: Administrator + Container: Publish permissions. Takes ~3 minutes once you've found your account.
New to Google Tag Manager?
GTM is a free Google tool that lets us install and update website tracking (Google Analytics, conversion pixels, remarketing tags) without a developer. We need it to fire booking conversions and connect your site to Google Ads.
Do you already have it? Most hotel sites do. To check:
- Ask your web agency or developer — fastest path; they usually own it.
- Sign in at tagmanager.google.com with your Google account, if you have access you will see the container.
- View your homepage source (right-click → View Page Source), search for
GTM-. A match likeGTM-ABC1234means you have a container.
No GTM? Tell your DIAMO Revenue Manager — we'll help get it set up.
Grant access
- Sign in at tagmanager.google.com and open the account for your website.
- Click Admin in the top nav.
- Under the Account column (left), click User Management → + → Add users.
- Email:
[email protected] - Account Permissions: check Administrator.
- Container Permissions (same screen, below): click your website's container → check Publish.
- Click Invite.
⚠️ GTM has two permission levels on the same screen — Account and Container. You must set both. Publish is what lets us actually deploy tag changes live; lower levels (Read/Edit/Approve) leave changes stuck in draft.
Confirm it worked
You'll see [email protected] listed under User Management with Administrator access. Reply to your DIAMO Revenue Manager to let them know.
