Before You Start

• Reach out to ‘[email protected]' & '[email protected]’ to request for the integration access to DIAMO with the Hotel name keeping ‘[email protected]’ and ‘[email protected]’ in cc. You can also contact your DIAMO revenue manager for assistance getting credentials.
• Once StayNtouch team has enabled your property for DIAMO, they will send you the following credentials in a separate email:
• • Client ID
  • Client Secret
  • Auth URL
  • Connect URL
  • Hotel ID
• After you have received the above credentials from StayNtouch, you are ready to connect your property with DIAMO.

Step 1: Connect StayNtouch to DIAMO

1. Obtain RMMS Onboarding link by contacting your DIAMO Revenue Manager. Once you receive the link, create your account and log in to DIAMO.
2. After login in, navigate to Account Settings >> Connect PMS tab. Search for 'StayNtouch'
3. Paste all credentials you received from StayNtouch and click on 'Connect to StayNtouch'
   
   
   
4. Once connected, your StayNtouch room types will appear in your DIAMO dashboard

Step 2: Configure your Default Rate

Once your StayNtouch account has been successfully connected, remain on the Connect PMS tab to configure the Rate that DIAMO will manage.

1. Under Rate Configuration, select the desired Rate from the dropdown.
2. Click Save Configuration to complete the setup.
   
   
   
   Updating Your Rate Configuration: If you need to change the configured Rate at a later date:
3. Click Change Configuration
   
   
4. A confirmation prompt will appear. Click Continue to proceed.
   
   
5. Select the new Rate from the dropdowns and Click Save Configuration to apply the changes.
