Step 1: Prepare Your ClockPMS Account

1. Login to Clock account with user having rights to enable and disable ‘AppConnector’. Navigate to settings—> AppConnector
   
   
2. Search for ‘DIAMO’ and click on it.
   
   
3. Check the checkboxes as shown in image below and click on ‘Activate’
   
   
   
4. Once activated, Clock PMS will automatically send an email containing the API credentials to DIAMO.
5. Contact your DIAMO Revenue Manager to obtain the following credentials: API User, API Key & PMS API URL

Step 2: Connecting ClockPMS to DIAMO

1. Obtain RMMS Onboarding link by contacting your DIAMO Revenue Manager. Once you receive the link, create your account and log in to DIAMO.
2. After login in, navigate to Account Settings >> Connect PMS tab. Search for 'ClockPMS'
3. Paste the credentials received and click on 'Connect to ClockPMS'
   
   
4. Once connected, your ClockPMS roomTypes will appear in your DIAMO dashboard.

Step 3: RatePlan Configuration

1. A room type can have multiple rate plans and since DIAMO only prices a single rate plan, it is mandatory to specify the rate plan you want DIAMO to manage rates for. We recommend having a single rate plan (ideally a BAR rate plan) attached to all room types. Other rate plans can then be derived from this base plan wherever possible. Please let your revenue manager know the rate plan name.

3. 1. 1. Navigate to settings—> Rate Plans. Click on the search icon at the top right corner
         
         
      2. Select ‘Base Rates’ and you will see all Rate plan names
         
         
      3. Let your DIAMO Revenue Manager know the rate plan name.
