Connecting Your Clock PMS+ Account to DIAMO

How to activate DIAMO app in Clock:

Step 1 : Connecting Clock

  1. Login to Clock account with user having rights to enable and disable ‘AppConnector’. Navigate to settings—> AppConnector

2. Search for ‘DIAMO’ and click on it.

3. Check the checkboxes as shown in image below and click on ‘Activate’


5. A room type can have multiple rate plans and since DIAMO only prices a single rate plan, it is mandatory to specify the rate plan you want DIAMO to manage rates for. We recommend having a single rate plan (ideally a BAR rate plan) attached to all room types. Other rate plans can then be derived from this base plan wherever possible. Please let your revenue manager know the rate plan name & also inform that you have completed the app connection process.

6. To know your rate plan:
a. Navigate to settings—> Rate Plans. Click on the search icon at the top right corner


b. Select ‘Base Rates’ and you will see all Rate plan names


7. After completion, DIAMO will automatically receive the necessary credentials to continue with onboarding.
