What DIAMO Pushes

A base rate for the single rate plan it manages, for each future night.

DIAMO does not push or control:

• Availability or inventory — how many rooms are open for sale stays entirely in your PMS.
• Booking restrictions — minimum-stay rules, stop-sells, closed-to-arrival/departure, and similar controls are yours to set in the PMS. DIAMO does not add, remove, or override them.
• Your other rate plans and promotions — Promotional, member, and OTA-linked rate plans continue to derive from the base rate using the relationships you've already configured; DIAMO doesn't overwrite them directly.
• Blocked or closed dates — if a room or date is blocked in your PMS, DIAMO won't reopen it.

How often rates are pushed

DIAMO refreshes your rates every hour.

1. At the top of each hour, DIAMO pulls your latest reservations from the PMS, so it's working from your most current occupancy.
2. It recalculates your recommended rates using that fresh data.
3. Shortly after, it pushes any updated rates back to your PMS.

What stays in your control

Even with DIAMO managing your base rate automatically, you keep full control over:

• Availability and inventory in your PMS.
• Booking restrictions (minimum stay, stop-sells, arrival/departure rules).
• Promotions and derived rate plans.
• Price overrides — if you need to lock a specific rate for a specific date, you can override DIAMO directly. Use this as a focused, short-term tool rather than a standing practice, so the dynamic engine can keep working everywhere else.
