Before You Start

• Your Hotel ID needs to be activated for DIAMO access.
• Please reach out to [email protected] to have it activated for DIAMO, or connect with your DIAMO Revenue Manager for assistance with the activation process.
• Once activated from StayFlexi, you are ready to connect your property with DIAMO.

Step 1: Connect StayFlexi to DIAMO

1. Obtain RMMS Onboarding link by contacting your DIAMO Revenue Manager. Once you receive the link, create your account and log in to DIAMO
2. After login in, navigate to Account Settings >> Connect PMS tab. Search for 'StayFlexi'
3. Paste your Hotel ID and click on 'Connect to StayFlexi'
   
   
4. Once connected, your StayFlexi room types will appear in your DIAMO dashboard.

Step 2: Rate plan configuration

1. A room type can have multiple rate plans. Since DIAMO only prices a single rate plan, we recommend you to specify the rate plan name you want DIAMO to manage rates for. We also recommend having a single rate plan (ideally a BAR rate plan) attached to all room types. Please share the rate plan name with your revenue manager.
2. To know your rate plan name. Navigate to Property Config—> Rate Plans
   
   
   
   
3. Look for the name of the rate plan you want DIAMO to push prices for. Make sure this rate plan is associated with all Room Types.
4. If a single Rate plan is not associated with all Room Types, we recommend creating a new Rate plan using the ‘Add new rate plan’ option and associating it with all Room Types.
