Connecting Your WebRezPro Account to DIAMO
Before You Start
- Reach out to WebRezPro Sales team to initiate the process of enabling DIAMO. Their onboarding team will enable the DIAMO connection and send credentials required to connect to DIAMO. Contact your DIAMO Revenue Manager to obtain the credentials before starting the onboarding process.
Step 1: Connect WebRezPro to DIAMO
- Obtain RMMS Onboarding link by contacting your DIAMO Revenue Manager. Once you receive the link, create your account and log in to DIAMO.
- After login in, navigate to Account Settings >> Connect PMS tab. Search for 'WebRezPro'
- Paste all credentials you received from DIAMO Revenue Manager and click on 'Connect to WebRezPro'
- Once connected, your WebRezPro room types will appear in your DIAMO dashboard
Please note that it may take some time for the connection to be successfully established, as we need to make several API calls to pull all the historical and future data for your property.
Step 2: Rate plan configuration
⚠️ Before you choose a rate plan, make sure it meets both of these requirements:
1. It must not be a derived rate plan- In WebRezPro, go to Rates → Standard/Package, select the rate plan and click 'E' (Edit). In the Rate style setup section, check "Is this a derived rate?" — it must be No.
2. It must have pricing intervals covering at least the next 365 days - In WebRezPro, go to Rates → Standard/Package, and for the rate plan click 'View/Edit Pricing'. Scroll to the bottom to see the last interval date. If it ends less than a year out, use the 'Add Dates' option to create more intervals so pricing extends at least 365 days ahead.
Once your WebRezPro account has been successfully connected, remain on the Connect PMS tab to configure the Base Rate Plan that DIAMO will manage. Under Rate Plan Configuration, select the desired option: either “Same Rate Plan for all Room Types” or “Different Rate Plan by Room Type"
- If “Same Rate Plan for all Room Types” is selected, choose the rate Plan name from the dropdown and click “Save Configuration.” This will enable DIAMO to push prices for this rate plan across all room types.
- If “Different Rate Plan by Room Type” is selected, you will be presented with a list of all room types, each with a rate plan name dropdown. Select the appropriate rate plan name for each room type and click “Save Configuration.”
- You can update the rate plan configuration at any time by selecting the “Change Configuration” option.
