Pace Report

Pace

Whether you're ahead or behind, and what changed after the moment you care about.

Occupancy tells you where you are. Pace tells you whether you're getting there faster or slower than last year, which is the number that should decide whether you touch a price.

Booking velocity

How the book for your chosen stay window built up over recent days. Set the stay window (Next 90d by default) and how far back to look (Past 30d by default, or any span up to a year).

The chart plots this year against last year as cumulative positions, not daily volume. So a line that flattens means bookings slowed, even though it's still climbing. Velocity Summary above it gives rooms and revenue added over the look back, alongside your totals on the books.

Use Reference to drop a vertical line on any date, the day you raised prices, launched a campaign, or an event went on sale. What the curve does after that line is the whole point.

By stay week

The same forward book, laid out week by week against the same time last year. Weekly detail lists each week's rooms, occupancy, and ADR beside their STLY values, ending in the revenue gap. Click any week for its day-by-day detail.
