Before You Start

• Your Property ID needs to be activated for DIAMO access.
• Please reach out to Hive team to have it activated for DIAMO or connect with your DIAMO Revenue Manager for assistance with the activation process.
• Once activated from Hive, you are ready to connect your property with DIAMO.

Step 1: Connect Hive to DIAMO

1. Obtain RMMS Onboarding link by contacting your DIAMO Revenue Manager. Once you receive the link, create your account and log in to DIAMO
2. After login in, navigate to Account Settings >> Connect PMS tab. Search for 'Hive'
3. Paste your Property ID and click on 'Connect to Hive'
   
   
4. Once connected, your Hive room types will appear in DIAMO dashboard.
